Refund policy
ALL SALES made through Sensory Preschool are FINAL and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund Exceptions on Duplicate Purchases
We do offer a partial exception on my refund policy for listings categorized as 'Bundles'. If you have purchased both an individual item and a 'Bundle' that includes the item, resulting in buying the same product twice, you may request a partial refund.
Refund request must be made within 30 days of the last relevant purchase. Duplicate items must also have been purchased within 1 year of each other.
For example: You purchased 'Product A' for $4 in March. Then purchase 'Bundle ABC' (that includes Product A, B & C) for $10 in September. Within 30 days of the September purchase you can request a partial refund. We will then review the sales records and likely refund $4 on the September Bundle purchase.
This is only a likely example and we reserve the right to process any refunds how we see fit. Refunds will be applied toward your original payment method. We also reserve the right to reject any refund requests that we find suspicious.
How To Request a Refund
To start a return, you can contact us at sensorypreschool@gmail.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
